New Car Purchase I was ready to buy a new Mazda. I currently had a 2008 Mazda 3 that served me well, also bought brand new from Bob Moore Mazda. I wasn't exactly sur I was ready to buy a new Mazda. I currently had a 2008 Mazda 3 that served me well, also bought brand new from Bob Moore Mazda. I wasn't exactly sure which model I wanted this time, but knew I wanted another Mazda. I came in without an appointment and was connected with Cameron Davies, Sales Consultant. He spent 3 hours with me letting me test drive vehicles and ask extensive questions. He even provided me with out the door prices on 3 cars I couldn't decide between. I was deciding to leave so I could sleep on everything, and that's when Matlin Mixon , New Car Sales Manager, came into the picture. He wanted to do anything necessary to make it possible for me to decide that day, but I was tired and just couldn't. I came back the next day ready to make a decision and was greeted by both Matlin and Cameron in a friendly and professional way. There was no recourse due to me leaving the night before, and we picked right back up where we needed to be. I agreed on a vehicle and was then introduced to Ken Byrum, Service Consultant, who gave me an awesome book of coupons to use on service appointments for my new car and gave a thorough run down on what I needed to know about keeping my new Mazda 6 properly maintained. From there it was on to Kendra Moore, Business Office Manager, for financing. She is a sweetheart, and was helpful and informative from the word go! She did not make me feel like a number or like taking my money was the goal. Bob Moore Mazda will give you everything they promise and more, and even if you have to remind them of something, they will make it right. I have nothing but good things to say about my car buying experience. I feel like I became part of their family, and that's the type of atmosphere they provide. My parents went with me, and after observing my experience, they went back and bought a new vehicle as well. I think that speaks for itself!! More
Bad purchase I was looking for a 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata and I found a used one at Bob Moore Mazda. The price was about $800 over what Nada and KBB suggested but bec I was looking for a 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata and I found a used one at Bob Moore Mazda. The price was about $800 over what Nada and KBB suggested but because of the condition they said it was in I was willing to pay the extra. My salesperson was Thomas Kock and he was very professional and courteous and I had a good buying experience. Unfortunately when I got it, it had a check engine light which wouldn't go off so I took it too a number of mechanics to find out what was causing it. Turns out it was a leaking valve which costs a good deal of money to fix. I'm still happy with my purchase but am very disappointed that they sold it to me like this. Please make it right Bob Moore Mazda cause I would love to give you a 5 star review!! More

2016 CX9 Signature purchase fro,m Matlin Mixon Going to be quick. I HATE car shopping, but, with the new and ONE PERSON you deal with format of the dealership, it went pretty quickly and Mr. Mix Going to be quick. I HATE car shopping, but, with the new and ONE PERSON you deal with format of the dealership, it went pretty quickly and Mr. Mixon was nothing but helpful, nice, informative, xxxx, he even came to my home and got my other car which was part of the trade. I have always loved Mazda's, this Signature CX9 is unreal, so yes I am happy, Mr. Mixon was a large part of that and should get a pat on the back at least ! Keep it up guys, you are doing something right, and Matlin Mixon is from what I see a large part of that, roll on guys :) More
Not a good experience I live about an hour and a half away from this dealership. I contacted them online regarding a vehicle I was interested in. The first day was great, t I live about an hour and a half away from this dealership. I contacted them online regarding a vehicle I was interested in. The first day was great, they responded and acted like they were working to get some kind of offer for me. The next day I emailed pictures of my current vehicle and waited 4 hours to hear back from someone. No response. So I call and the person I sent them to had not even checked their email. From there I was told that they would turn it in to their finance and call me as soon as they had an offer or some kind of update. I never got a response from that point on. I tried to communicate several different ways and could not get a response. I tried the only chat and was told "I havent heard anything" and that was all. Then I tried the text option and the only response I got was "add me to your contacts" and nothing after that. I tried emailing the person again and never a response. I finally called after I got off of work and the male worker they sent them too was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him and tried to transfer me to someone else who could deal with me. I finally just hung up. Basically I got the run around. To me it seems like if you dont have perfect credit they basically just ignore you and dont want to deal with you or even tell you they cant help you. Very disappointed. More

I have never owned a Mazda before, but fell in love with the CX9 when I needed a rental car a few years ago. Once I made the decision to purchase, I knew the CX9 was for me and that Bob Moore would take care of me. From the salesman to the finance department, I truly have no complaints. Go see salesperson Elton Rhoades the next time you need a Mazda! More
