WORST SERVICE EVER !!! I made an appointment to get my Mazda 6 in for a new serpentine belt and a tire rotation. I was told it would take an hour. I even dropped the car off 45 minutes before the appointment. Three hours after my appointment time I called them to see what the hold up was, and was told the car was almost done. I drove to the dealer to find that they hadn't done anything except take off the tires. They had my car for five and a half hours and hadn't done a thing. The mechanic was busy on his phone, checking his Facebook, and then got mouthy with me when I complained. The service people lied to me on the phone and then lied to my face when i went in there. I had to go into the service bay and start putting the tires back on myself before anyone would do anything and it still took a half an hour to get out of there. In all my 37 years of car ownership I have never seen such incompetence and dishonesty and I have dealt with my share of dealers. Stay away from these clowns they are by far the WORST dealership I have ever been to. More

Easy & painless car buying. :) I was in the market to trade my car in and get a new/used Mazda 3. I arrived at the dealership around 6:30pm on a Tuesday, already knowing exactly wh I was in the market to trade my car in and get a new/used Mazda 3. I arrived at the dealership around 6:30pm on a Tuesday, already knowing exactly what I wanted after viewing their inventory online. I was greeted by Gabriel Tucker who was great to deal with. I didn't feel pressured about anything nor did I feel that he was playing games or trying to mislead me in any way (which I've dealt with in the past). He was very straight forward and respectful which I appreciated greatly since I am female and had gone to the dealership by myself. He took care of me quickly and I was able to get a fair price on my trade-in. After visiting with the finance department, I was in my new car and on the way home before 9pm. That is the shortest time I've ever spent at a dealership buying a car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Gabriel to my friends and/or family in the future. More

Great New Car buying experience at Bob Moore Was in the market for a new compact SUV. Looking to replace a Buick Enclave so was looking for similar features. On line research showed the Mazda C Was in the market for a new compact SUV. Looking to replace a Buick Enclave so was looking for similar features. On line research showed the Mazda CX-5 as #2 choice, mainly for cargo space compared to Honda CR-V but the CX-5 had the styling the wife wanted. The entire experience was better than most previous car buying exercises. our sales rep, Tom, new the product well and was able to answer all remaining questions I had on the vehicle. The sales team worked well with me on the price of the vehicle as well as my trade in. There was delay in getting to the final action of financing but that was primarily due to multiple customers. But in the end, a good deal was made and the car is exactly what we were looking for. More
Safety is not a concern apparently On the verge of making a deal on a nice vehicle, but despite the CarFax showing no reported accidents the vehicle did show signs of collision. Requested a computer scan to check if the airbag that was incorrectly mounted (huge safety issue) had been deployed. We were refused. Why? Not willing to find out for the safety of a potential customer? You could just return the vehicle as unsold to the auto auction and not been out at all, but instead refused to do a safety check for a potential buyer. Could not in good conscience purchase from this dealer so I walked. More
Smooth Car Buying Experience-Top Notch Customer Service! My wife's car recently received fairly extensive damage during a recent hail storm. After deciding to try to trade it in as is, we searched the inter My wife's car recently received fairly extensive damage during a recent hail storm. After deciding to try to trade it in as is, we searched the internet and found a vehicle that we were interested in at Bob Moore Mazda. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Matlin Mixon (New Car Sales Manager) and Tom Kock (Sales Associate) and the top notch customer servide began. As it turned out, we were quoted wrong during our initial internet contact and Matlin quickly said "we'll honor the price you were quoted". Tom was super throughout the sales process and took the time to thoroughly go over how things worked with the new vehicle. Scott was very professional, friendly, helpful, and quick with the financing piece of the deal. It was a very smooth and enjoyable car buying experience. Here's where Bob Moore Mazda set themselves apart from the others....As we were taking delivery of the vehicle, Tom pointed out that there were a couple of paint blemishes and he asked us to bring the vehicle back on Monday evening and leave it with them and they would fix them and give us a loaner vehicle to drive. As my wife drove to work on Monday morning (less than 100 miles into having the vehicle) a rock was thrown from a truck and cracked the front windshield. I phoned Matlin and informed him what happened and that we were scheduled to bring the car back in that evening to touch up a couple of paint blemishes and he agreed to replace the windshield while they had it! This sort of thing does not happen often in the car business. Most want to make the sale and forget about you until it's time for service. When I arrived to drop the vehicle off Tuesday morning for the paint touchup and windshield I was met by the GM Travis Jacques. He offered my his vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on which was almost an identical clone of the car we had purchased. Before I could leave, he demanded that it be vacuumed and cleaned before I left. I cannot begin to tell you how appreciative my wife and I are for Travis, Matlin, Scott, Tom, and all of the staff at Bob Moore Mazda! These guys went above and beyond and we can't thank them enough! More
