Used Vehicle Purchase Tom was very friendly and easy to work with. The vehicle we purchased was priced well for the market but I was taken back by the management's position Tom was very friendly and easy to work with. Having worked in the automotive business in sales and service price always allowed for some wiggle room. But overall a good buying experience. More

Worst car buying experience First of all I was treated like a criminal throughout the whole car purchase because I paid through a wire deposit, vehicle was damaged prior to my pi First of all I was treated like a criminal throughout the whole car purchase because I paid through a wire deposit, vehicle was damaged prior to my pickup n was in worst shape than told or shown in FaceTime but since I flew from California I had very little options once I was there. Real bad customer service by the sales manager, very unprofessional. My calls were ignored and no one could help me solve my issue. Vehicle had to go straight to a shop for mechanical issues that I was not aware of. More

Great experience until we realized we were lied to... When we first arrived at the dealership everyone was very nice and welcoming. They got us a salesperson fast and be pulled up the vehicle we had called in in advance and we test drove it fell in love and decided to buy it. Over the process of going over the car features my husbands asks if the vehicle has a remote start. We were told there actually isn’t one on the key but that it is just an app you download and it’s no big deal....we said awesome and went on down the road. When the purchase of the vehicle was complete I asked the same salesperson when I would be able to download my app for the remote start (I have a 4 months old and it was 10 degrees outside at this time, so this was an important feature) he tells me when I come in on Friday to do my step three they would get the app and all that good stuff all set up for me!!! Fast forward to Friday and I ask about getting the app downloaded and another guy informs me that the vehicle doesn’t have a remote start I don’t know why you were told that.....when I talked to another sales manager about it all he had to says was yea sorry they don’t come with a remote start and rattled off all of these different options and how much I could spend on them! Didn’t offer to fix the problem or help in any way. It was pretty much just TOO BAD! So we felt very lied to and this was an important feature when buying this vehicle. Very disappointed and have been spreading the word to watch out for this. More
