Horrible!!! The ad said that the vehicle has seat warmers and after purchasing we found out it did not. They told us there was nothing they could do. Was told they would repair the back hatch, when we called again he said it had a recall and to just take it anywhere, when we called to schedule to have it fixed the service department said it was not on recall but to take it somewhere else and pay ourselves to fix it. We have called and talked to the salesperson, spoke with financing and to the service center and all have been very rude. My insurance company called and they were rude to her. The service after the sale has been horrible. I will never purchase from a Bob Moore again. More

The sales associate I delt with was also curtious and he was knowledgeable on the cars I was shown, which was unlike the prior dealership I had just left, where pressure was put on you to buy what you don’t want.
