The worst car buying experience. Buying a car from them in Texas was regretful. First, I was told there would be no charge if a driver brings it to me. It was the sales manager’s elderly parents. Fortunately, they came the night before so they could see family. Insanity. They’d never towed anything nor driven anything off a trailer. Then Maitlin the paperwork guy is all kinds of unhelpful yet demanding to the point of annoying until his side is done. Lastly, each time someone contacts me to see how the experience was I send him an email in much greater detail than this review. What happens? Nothing. No apology. Nothing whatsoever. Not to mention the lack of thank you for sending local beer back to my sales associate. Do a little research. I didn’t and I completely and utterly regret it. I mean, they put my car on the showroom floor the morning I arrived to the dealership just so I could say I drove it off the showroom floor. The vehicle must not have been looked at by a mechanic or it was and the trouble codes cleared. Made it home with check engine light blinking. 150 dollars later I fixed it. But if you take your time and do as much for your self outside of the dealer you will be better off. The salesman and everybody else were really friendly. I would hang out with them, but I wouldn't buy another car from Bob Moore. If I would have been on my A game I wouldn't have agreed to buy this one. Lol. More
