I hate the games dealerships play (let me ask my manager, sign this offer and I'll take it to my manager, we need to know if you're serious about buying, etc.) And Bob Moore Mazda is no different. Best person I met at this dealership and probably the ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars. In all fairness, I bought a car from this lousy dealership...despite a rude sales manager, a rude finance manager and all the dealership games. Just be ready when you walk on the lot to feel the sleeziness start. More

I would have rated this dealership at 5 stars Except it took over 3.5 hours for a cash deal with a scheduled appointment. The team was courteous and professional but the overall process needs attention. took over 3.5 hours for a cash deal with a scheduled appointment. The team was courteous and professional but the overall process needs attention. Using a 3rd party clearing house to verify funds was frustrating and embarrassing. One simple call to my bank to verify funds would have eased the aggravating situation. Given the fact that you have 30 days to register the vehicle, it was disquieting to hear that it will take a minimum of 3.5 weeks to receive title. I do recommend Bob Moore dealerships, but I have purchased cars (including financing) from other dealers in less than an hour. Hopefully, their process will be streamlined to make the car purchase experience a truly enjoyable one. More
