This is my 2nd car purchase from Bob Moore Mazda. I've been pleased each time. After dealing with Matt in the service department on several occasions with my first car, I got in touch with him when I was been pleased each time. He put me in touch with Dale in Sales and between the two of them, they took great care of me! After I did a lot of research, I found myself looking at the CX-5 but wanted something unique since there are many of them on the road. I finally settled on the Carbon Turbo Edition and once I did, I was able to put some money down to hold the one I wanted before it ever arrived to the car lot. They kept in touch with me on a regular basis to let me know when it would be ready, I was able to schedule a time to come in and finalize the purchase which took a little over two hours in total. I drove it off the lot with only 2 miles on the odometer and I am thrilled with my new car!! Dale & Matt are the best! I really appreciate them! Our salesperson Terry Johnson was incredibly nice and helpful, everyone was very nice. My only complaint is I never dreamed it would take over 3 hours to purchase a car with cash!
