Our salesperson Terry Johnson was incredibly nice and helpful, everyone was very nice. My only complaint is I never dreamed it would take over 3 hours to purchase a car with cash! It was unusual circumstances since many back ordered vehicles had come in that day so the finance people were backed up. still couldn’t help but think all they had to do is take my money and we would be on our way But I know they have to go through the process. I hate the games dealerships play (let me ask my manager, sign this offer and I'll take it to my manager, we need to know if you're serious about buying, etc.) And Bob Moore Mazda is no different. Best person I met at this dealership and probably the ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars. In all fairness, I bought a car from this lousy dealership...despite a rude sales manager, a rude finance manager and all the dealership games. Just be ready when you walk on the lot to feel the sleeziness start. More
