My fiancé and I came to Mazda specifically for the CX-30 in mind and I just have to say the team have been nothing but amazing to us! I have to admit I alway felt car dealerships were difficult to be at but in mind and I just have to say the team have been nothing but amazing to us! They have been extremely patient with us as well when we we’re waiting for our settlement check due to a car crash we were previously in. We had to go back and forth and each time we came back they still treated us with the same respect, I highly recommend this dealership as well as Nolin who has been great with us and helping us finally getting our CX-30! First , if you know how to haggle a little the price of the car will be about the same no matter which dealership you go to so it really comes down to the people you deal with and the service you receive ..From my salesman Blake all the way to the general manager Phillip I received 5 star treatment all around! I had an issue about removing some pinstripe after I’d already bought car and they could have said that’s tuff it’s yours. Instead they promptly stayed on top of the issue until we were completely satisfied. You can’t beat service like that and rarely can find it. If you are in the market for a Mazda I highly recommend Blake , Phillip and the rest of the staff at Bob Moore Mazda. Service is where it’s at and these guys take it to the top! This is my 2nd car purchase from Bob Moore Mazda. I've been pleased each time. After dealing with Matt in the service department on several occasions with my first car, I got in touch with him when I was been pleased each time. He put me in touch with Dale in Sales and between the two of them, they took great care of me! After I did a lot of research, I found myself looking at the CX-5 but wanted something unique since there are many of them on the road. I finally settled on the Carbon Turbo Edition and once I did, I was able to put some money down to hold the one I wanted before it ever arrived to the car lot. They kept in touch with me on a regular basis to let me know when it would be ready, I was able to schedule a time to come in and finalize the purchase which took a little over two hours in total. I drove it off the lot with only 2 miles on the odometer and I am thrilled with my new car!! Dale & Matt are the best! I really appreciate them! I have to say everyone I came in contact with was great, I had a great experience!!! More
