I got exactly what I was looking for and they were extremely helpful and patient! I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Also, the new building looked incredible and made the buying experience that much better! More
Very poor service department/ Randy, Weatherford, Ok Made an appointment to have a simple oil and filter change at the dealership. Told the service person I had to be done by 2:45 pm. as I had to pick up grandkids from school 30 minutes away. Was told that I would be in and out in about an hour and my appointment was set at 1:30 pm. At 2:42 pm I walk up to the desk concerned that I had not been called to get the car. At 2:50 pm I see my car going up on the lift for them to start the oil change. I told the service person that if that was my car to forget the oil change as I had to be going as I told him repeatedly when I scheduled the appointment and when I left the car with him. I wasn't the only one. Two other people where told that their vehicle would not be ready. I live in Weatherford, Ok and drove about 75minutes to have this done. Could have saved myself about 2 hours. No reason for the service manager to not to have at least been on top of the techs, or at the very least tell me they weren't going to be able to do it and at least get me out of there on time. I originally purchase the car from Bob Moore Kia in Edmond. Service there was always good. Even when Kyle Hill took over the dealership the service was good through out their time. Very disappointing and inconsiderate of a customer who told them the situation up front. I was looking to purchase a new Kia with Shane who was very helpful. However, no service, no sale. Service is what keeps me coming back to a dealership. Service department doesn't have a clue. Too bad, I really like Kia's. More

Actually switched cars on me Told them in finance office three times they are selling me a different car than I drove and picked out. They denied it until I pulled up the vin number on my phone while I was being delivered the vehicle. Less than a year later, and I’m having some issues with radio and headlights that service won’t stand behind. Terrible place to buy a car. More
Purchased 2 vehicles within a year--great dealer! We bought a new Soul in 2016 and came back nine months later for a used Sorento--Great experience both times. We bought both vehicles from Josiah. I would definitely recommend him to friends or family. We had a good experience with the finance department in both occasions--first with Dennis and most recently with Lanna. The service department were also friendly and professional. I will go back there for my next car. More

It takes a lot of trust to make a purchase this large of a luxury car over the phone and the sales man and finance guy did their job only to have the facility manager "MARK STANLEY" destroy it with his rudeness and less than socially acceptable behavior. Dealership does not honor their advertising I was looking on line for a new Kia the MSRP price was 26.515 then it said sale 23.000 when I went in I was told that is how they put it on line due t I was looking on line for a new Kia the MSRP price was 26.515 then it said sale 23.000 when I went in I was told that is how they put it on line due to competition then you had to be numerous qualification to get the 3,515 off, I was also told you had to go through Kia finance, I did they chose the bank i still did not get the sale price, in total they gave me 50.00 off. Not a honorable dealership. General manager offered me 500.00 to make it better. I declined. It was a insult More
