Very Knowledgeable and Professional I recently had transmission problems with my F150. My home dealership could not locate the problem. I was in town, so decided to take it where I bou I recently had transmission problems with my F150. My home dealership could not locate the problem. I was in town, so decided to take it where I bought it. When I told Jeff my problem, he immediately had some idea's of what it could be. My home dealership had my truck for a week, so I figured this would be the same. Jeff and his mechanic had it fixed that day. Thanks to Jeff, and Earl who dropped me off and picked me up while my truck was getting repaired. Earl was very professional. More

Visit was for warranty work. Jeff got the vehicle in and th Jeff was great to deal with. Being able to get to the service dept early i was able to get the warranty repairs done quick. Service dept seems to be slipping I’ve been a customer here since Dec 2017 and had previously been really pleased with the service but the last couple times I’ve been in it has seemed I’ve been a customer here since Dec 2017 and had previously been really pleased with the service but the last couple times I’ve been in it has seemed more disorganized and taken longer to work on my vehicle. The most recent experience my vehicle was in the shop for a week to fix the drivers side window, drivers seat and replace the USB module Along with an oil change, and I was given a loaner for that time. Chris told me the wash/vac guys hadn’t been able to clean up the loaner, but it was downright gross with chip crumbs in the console and grass everywhere. I had no idea people could treat a brand new car so badly. I didn’t receive anything in the way of status updates on my vehicle until I called a week later and when I arrived to pick my car up I saw that the drivers side window had been cracked during the repair. I am disappointed that the tech or supervisor didn’t notice this and although the window was replaced and I received my vehicle later that evening, it would have been a nice service recovery if the team could have run it through the wash since it had been sitting outside for a week and was nasty. Overall I’m glad my vehicle is operating like it should be again, but I wasn’t as impressed with the customer service as I have been during previous experiences at Bob Moore More
