1st time I’ve been disappointed 2017 Ford F 150- Came in for an oil change & tire balance and rotation. I explained I had run the truck through the wash to try an get the mud inside 2017 Ford F 150- Came in for an oil change & tire balance and rotation. I explained I had run the truck through the wash to try an get the mud inside the wheels cleaned off for the balance. They explained it would be no problem. - They had been rotated, but there was still some mud inside the wheels which offsets the balance I paid for.... - The air pressure had not even been checked and completed in the tires - Also, charging $7 for a wiper blade install is a little much as well.... Service staff is always helpful nothing bad to say about those guys! More

They don't follow through! It took 4 months to get them to recall a charge cable for my plugin hybrid. Over the months, I was told that they'd keep in touch with me. I was also told on multiple occasions that management would call me. Neither happened. I had to call weekly to find out what was going on, and when I didn't call them, I got no information. Nobody ever bothered to keep up with the job. When I finally did get the cable, it was nothing but excuses, and nobody took responsibility for dropping the ball. I realize I'm not a big customer and the dealer isn't making money off me, but this issue cost me hundreds of dollars while I was waiting for help. I'm glad there's other Ford dealerships in OKC that I can go to in the future, because I won't be back. More
