My son, who is about to turn 18 years old, graduate high school, start college, play in the state football championships, and is a wonderful young man, has earned a new car, and he wanted a Ford Mustang. Chuck and I aggressively communicated via text message and worked an unbelievable deal on the car of my son’s dreams. Then, Chuck’s team helped me with every step of the process without me feeling any of pressure you can get from some dealers. Once Chuck and I did finally get the chance to speak on the phone, we finalized everything. I felt so at ease and comfortable with this kind and accommodating man. Likewise, he connected me to staff I needed to speak with, who were all as refreshing and kind as Chuck had been, and they guided me through the process answering all my questions in detail. Probably the most amazing experience was the day we arrived to pick up the vehicle. The car was detailed and stood out like a shiny penny.
