I thought to myself, first request and I get the sales manager, now I feel important. Considering I have been shopping for a couple months, this was a great indication Bob Moore Ford meant business. My son, who is about to turn 18 years old, graduate high school, start college, play in the state football championships, and is a wonderful young man, has earned a new car, and he wanted a Ford Mustang. Chuck and I aggressively communicated via text message and worked an unbelievable deal on the car of my son’s dreams. Then, Chuck’s team helped me with every step of the process without me feeling any of pressure you can get from some dealers. Once Chuck and I did finally get the chance to speak on the phone, we finalized everything. I felt so at ease and comfortable with this kind and accommodating man. Likewise, he connected me to staff I needed to speak with, who were all as refreshing and kind as Chuck had been, and they guided me through the process answering all my questions in detail. Probably the most amazing experience was the day we arrived to pick up the vehicle. The car was detailed and stood out like a shiny penny. All of the staff at Bob Moore Ford, from Chuck Gooch, to Chris, David and Ian, who all assisted were equally excited for our son to get this blessing in the form of a new Mustang. I am 60 years old and have purchased numerous cars in my life. I can honesty say, this experience was the best I have ever had thanks to Chuck Gooch. More

Jeff Gann promptly took my car and serviced it quickly. I had tried other local Ford dealers first, but the knowledge of the service staff and quality of service at Bob Moore Ford is definitely superior. Jeff also introduced me to Jason Akers because I was thinking about selling the car. Jason appraised the car in a short amount of time and made an offer that was $1,000 dollars above what CarMax was willing to pay - the CarMax employee was very surprised that his offer wasn't competitive. I want to emphasize that this was a straight cash for car offer, NOT contingent upon me also buying a vehicle from Bob Moore Ford. Jason made the paperwork and title transfer very easy. I'm very pleased with my experience and I will definitely go to Bob Moore for my next car purchase. More

Within minutes of handing my car over they send a text giving them a method of communication of issues and myaelf a way to check on the progress. Other dealerships have made me wait for hours with no answers other than “we’re working on it”, so frustrating. Thanks Josh for the great service! Starting problem I had an intermittent starting problem. Sometimes when you turn the key iy wouldn't start or crank,no noise at all. Recall and broken windshield Jeff was very nice and wanted to be helpful but was unable to approve for warranty the damaged cracked windshield .
