In 11/21 our car broke down. It was saying"911 assist is set to off " then random errors and if you turned it off while it was doing that it wouldn't come back on. That was the only issue we've ever had with our Flex..... until we took it here. We've picked it up 4 times and had to return it with 24 hrs with issues. Yesterday we picked it up for the 5th time. We still have issues bc we refused to replace yet another part. We've paid over 5k and now they say it needs another 1k repaired 11-03 Car broke down and had it taken to Bob Moore 11-05 Replaced the PCM Module $1176.64 Same day the issue started again. 11-12 Wiring is bad $810 11-15 Picked it up returned next day 11-19 It wasn't just the wiring in the harness it was the whole harness which would be around $1000. 11-24 Replaced and it happened again during the test drive. They said they need to replace the PCM module that they fixed 11-29 PCM replaced same issue. They said they were talking to Ford engineers to help 12-02 No good leads. 12-03 Still trying and still no loaner car 12-30 The engineers on vacation We were told that they had basically taken the whole vehicle apart, took seats out, unplugged every module and everything looked fine and they couldn't figure it out. 01-05 They said the engineer found that the harness had two pins backwards. On the test drive they found a leak. Water pumpwould be around $2500+ . 01-14 Car done but due to Covid we were quarantined and couldn't pick it up until 1-19 01-19 Picked up car remote start not working, Bluetooth not working right and creaking noise. Check engine light came in within hours. Returned next day 01-25 Timing issue they caused- fixed 1-26 APIM needs Replaced 1k- refused 01-27 remote start still broke picked up 1-28 They took the whole car apart, seats even removed, and unplugged almost every module- everything ok. Which means everything was in working order except th the original issue until they put it back now more and more issues More

I recommend this dealership, it’s my second new vehicle here and they do a good job. They don’t chase you down in the parking lot. Jordan was great…best experience I’ve had when buying a vehicle. Received exactly the truck I ordered in the time frame I was told to expect, even with the logistics problems of 2021. My dad was looking for cars in the OK area for us to get for our daughter. I found a used Audi S8 online I was really interested in. I chased Darrell Jefflo and Anthony Jew for a week for information on the car and told them I wanted to move forward. I live out of state (New Hampshire) and had gotten quote to ship the car...had no problem with the asking price. The I was told...'they had someone in the showroom really interested in the car'...well after a week of chasing them, they sold the car out from under me. I would have put down a deposit if they had asked. if you are shopping online......keep shopping....elsewhere. I ended up buying a used Bentley GT from a private seller in Texas...so don't cry for me...it worked out. :) But I would not waste time with these people unless you are local. Good luck! More
We bought a brand new F250 and the experience from start to finish was great!! Kyle, our sales person, was awesome and was not "salesy" or pushy at all but rather was an advocate for me. Herb and Rick were great to work with. This was the by far the smoothest and easiest experience I've had in purchasing a new vehicle.
