Ford Edge I contacted several dealers about purchasing a new car. Bob moore was the only one that was responsive. The doc fee was completely outrageous though. Long and uninformative After dropping off my car at 10:30 am. I sat and waited for a simple recall check, and my car wasn’t available to get picked up until 3:30. I waited for hours, without any update of the status of my vehicle. I looked over to see the service station employees to see them goofing off and playing games in the shop. When I asked if my car was almost done around 1, they said 5 more minutes. However my car wasn’t pulled around for pickup until 3:30. More

Although it had become late and we were the last ones to leave, he still took the time to show us how to use and understand the impressive Ford features on our new Edge.
