First-Called to make appt for my 2017 Raptor. Service told me to just bring it in between 0700 and 0800 and hung up. Second-called again the next day to ask for an appt. Appt was set for 0800 on Tuesda told me to just bring it in between 0700 and 0800 and hung up. Second-called again the next day to ask for an appt. Appt was set for 0800 on Tuesday Jan 7th. I was told that if repair took too long I would be provided with a loaner vehicle. Third-service looked at my truck for 1.5 hours and then I was told they would have to send it to the body shop at Ferguson. No loaners available. But I could come back later in the week when they might have a loaner. Fourth-I spoke with service manager Scott and explained I had wasted 4 hours of my leave and now they were telling me I would have to do it all over again. Scott apologizes and assured me he would call me Thursday or Friday to set up a time to meet me with a loaner so they could take my truck to Ferguson. He never called. I called on Friday around 2:00 and got his answering machine. I left a message but he never returned it. I’m super glad I spent over $70K at this dealership and get zero support on warranty work. More
Charged me 125.00 and said I needed a new heater core, 1300.00 repair. They admitted to not doing any diagnostics on the truck, did not hook it up to diagnostic equip nor did they do any pressure tests. A 1300.00 repair.
