Went in to get a vehicle serviced...ended up buying a new ve I'd been thinking about buying a Ford truck for a while; finally did! While my vehicle was being serviced, I went out and looked at the F-150's. I f I'd been thinking about buying a Ford truck for a while; finally did! While my vehicle was being serviced, I went out and looked at the F-150's. I found an XLT that looked interesting. I went to the Sales Consultant area and say a female...wow...a female selling cars. I approached her; it was Brittany Trattner. She found the keys for the XLT; I drove it; decided it didn't have enough of the bells & whistles that I have become accustomed to. She found a couple other F-150's and the last one was a winner. It had all my favorite bells & whistles plus a couple that I didn't even know existed. Brittany is friendly, pleasant and easy to talk to. It was a very open conversation...the best car buying experience that I have ever had. More
