Promptly greeted by a service tech and explained what I needed done (oil change etc). Was asked if I needed tires rotated as well...i did not. From beginning to end, the Bob Moore staff not only provided quality customer service but also exceeded my expectations. They made it simple, easy and stress free. They took care of my transmission, fi provided quality customer service but also exceeded my expectations. They made it simple, easy and stress free. They took care of my transmission, fixed a leak in my sunroof, and even contacted my extended warranty provider to handle any payments. My copay was the most stressful thing I worried about but it ended up being way less than I expected. I certainly did not budget for an emergency car repair so I feel more than blessed to have it all done here. The crew not only communicated everything they were doing but even brought my car to me when it was completed. Thank you to Josh and the service department at Bob Moore. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle and servicing only with you from now on. More
