He was truly an asset to our whole sales experience. Everyone was very courteous and helpful through the whole process. Ricky Fietz in management was effective and thoughtful, helping to coordinate all the details in the delivery of our new vehicle. The finance process was efficient and we were able to review several options before choosing the right one for our circumstances. Overall, this was an excellent experience and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were very pleased with our purchase and the whole process. The personnel at Bob Moore Ford are a very class act. I’m sure they were busy and did the best they could, I waited over an hour and a half, but it wasn’t that big a deal, I wasn’t in that big a Hutu.
