From beginning to end, the Bob Moore staff not only provided quality customer service but also exceeded my expectations. They made it simple, easy and stress free. They took care of my transmission, fixed a leak in my sunroof, and even contacted my extended warranty provider to handle any payments. My copay was the most stressful thing I worried about but it ended up being way less than I expected. I certainly did not budget for an emergency car repair so I feel more than blessed to have it all done here. The crew not only communicated everything they were doing but even brought my car to me when it was completed. Thank you to Josh and the service department at Bob Moore. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle and servicing only with you from now on. More

I called on a Saturday explaining I hard some kind of electrical or computer issues with my 2018 Ford. I’m not sure who I spoke with at that time, but they explained to me that they would have to look at it first thing Monday morning. No problem. I understood completely and live pretty far away but was getting a rental in the city so really no issue. I had to come and get some papers I had forgot in my car early Monday morning. Spoke with Dusty. He was super nice and went and grabbed what I needed quickly from my car and brought it to me. That was at 9am. I saw them bring my car into the bay at that time. I then called at 2pm just to see if they found anything this morning. Again I spoke with Dusty. He told me that they had quit looking for the issues with my car because I needed to approve more diagnostic time. See when I dropped my car off Dusty informed me it was a $134 diagnostic fee which would be included in the repairs. No problem. Now Dusty was telling me that his tech had been working on finding the issues with my car for 4-5 hours and he couldn’t find the issue because every time he would get the computer plugged in, my cars computer would shut off, restarting their computer. Dusty then explained that I would have to agree to pay $500 for diagnostics in order to compensate his technician for his time. He couldn’t in good conscience pay his tech 1 hour of pay for 4-5 hours of work. I told him I agreed with he should compensate his tech appropriately, however I didn’t feel responsible for his tech taking longer on his job. I told him I didn’t feel like I had an option. Dusty assures me I most definitely did have options. So still unsure of what those options were I told him I’d call my husband and see what he thought we should do. Dusty agreed and said to have my husband call him so he can explain it to him as well. Unfortunately my husband was busy at work so my father in law called to hear what was wrong. He gets the same spill and calls me back and tells me to take my car to a local ford house. So I go up to Bob Moore at 4ish and walk to the service desk to pick up my keys and my car. I’m not sure the mans name that greeted me. I explained I was here to get my car. He told me to go to the cashier. I told him I don’t think I needed to pay. He said “Do you have your keys?” “No.” “Then go to the cashier.” So I do. She doesn’t have them and I’m sent back. Frustrating but he wasn’t trying to listen to me anyway. So now Dusty was there surprised that I’m here to get my car. We have the conversation again that I don’t understand why I would be responsible for $500 and nothing has happened. He explained that I could just take my car and he wouldn’t even charge me for what they had in it. “What exactly do you have it” I asked. “4-5hrs of time” he replied. He then said “I mean no disrespect, no disrespect at all, but this is why I asked you to have your husband or father in law call. This stuff is confusing and it’s just easier to explain to them.” I just turned and walked out. I had my brother drive my car to Metro ford. Where they, in one day, found the module that wasn’t communicating on my car, updated it, and for only $250. Also, They didn’t even mansplain. More
There is a reason I continue to use bob moore ford to service my vehicles. Came in for oil change, fuel filter change, coolant flush, and a warranty fix. My ride cancelled due to illness. Ryan asked if I needed ride home, told him I lived to far and wouldn’t be able to get a ride back. He said they could pick me up, I declined. So he went on w work. Came back a bit later saying part wouldn’t be in until afternoon, I said no worries just do the easy stuff and we’ll fix the other part later. Said I’ll wait, told me if I needed to get lunch or anything to let him know and they could take me to grab something. Very nice. About an hour later he came back saying the part now wouldn’t be in until tomorrow, and that he got me a loaner. That’s service, didn’t ask for it, didn’t mind waiting. The next day, I called late afternoon asking on truck. Ryan said part was delayed and wouldn’t b in until later that evening or in am. I was freaking out a bit bc I needed my truck to pull my boat to dealership, and no the loaner truck I had wouldn’t pull it lol. He said they would have me ready to go by 830 or so bc his mechanic gets there early. Boy did he. Ryan called at like 745 saying truck was ready. I don’t know the mechanics name that worked on my truck, but thank you, you are awesome for working so early and hard to get my truck up and running. The whole experience was 5 star. I will continue to bring my truck to the best dealership around. Only wish I had bought my truck from bob moore, the salesman I dealt with when trying to find my baby was not the best, nor did they offer to build out my truck like metro ford did when nowhere in the US could my color combo be found. Hopefully my next purchase they bend over backwards to help me find it like the service dept did to help fix her. Thank you. More
