I’m sure they were busy and did the best they could, I waited over an hour and a half, but it wasn’t that big a deal, I wasn’t in that big a Hutu. Promptly greeted by a service tech and explained what I needed done (oil change etc). Was asked if I needed tires rotated as well...i did not.
