He was truly an asset to our whole sales experience. Everyone was very courteous and helpful through the whole process. Ricky Fietz in management was effective and thoughtful, helping to coordinate all the details in the delivery of our new vehicle. The finance process was efficient and we were able to review several options before choosing the right one for our circumstances.
