He worked to get the deal negotiated before we made the trip, great communication. When we arrived at the dealership the truck was ready to go, just what we expected, and the paperwork was ready to sign. He went over all of the features on the truck and we were back on the road much sooner than anticipated. More

I recently visited Bob Moore Ford in search of a particular type of F150 - a hybrid (Powerboost) model. This version isn't always easy to find, and the dealership had several from which to choose. I was greeted warmly by Dylan Wolle, a sale representative there. Dylan asked good questions to gain an understanding of the model in which I was interested, the features I was looking for, and my price range. I was having a very difficult time deciding between and Ford F-150 and a GMC 1500. And even when I finally settled on a Ford, I was indecisive on which color I wanted, which trim level I should choose, etc. Dylan was very patient with me and seemed to understand I was having a difficult time with the decision. He helped me to decide, but without any pressure to do so. The negotiation process included Jason Akers, the General Sales Manager at Bob Moore Ford. The price negotiation with Dylan and Jason was easy; I felt no pressure to accept a price I didn't think was reasonable. Once we agreed upon a price for the vehicle I had chosen, I was introduced to one of Bob Moore Ford's finance guys named Matt Thompson. I explained to Matt that I was purchasing the vehicle through my business. I was a little reluctant about this as I've had some horrible experiences at dealerships when purchasing and financing vehicles through my business. Fortunately, Matt knew what he was doing. He made sure the purchase and financing were through the business. And he clearly explained all my finance options. This included making me aware of attractive rates available for well-qualified buyers through Ford Motor Credit. I was able to get a great rate on a 36-month loan. Matt also presented me with several different warranty options on my vehicle but did not pressure me to purchase any of them. Of the experiences I've had with purchasing vehicles over the years, this is one of the best. I highly recommend Dylan Wolle, Jason Akers, Matt Thompson, and the rest of the team at Bob Moore Ford.
