I was the first in line at 6:45 am in the morning. The tech didn’t even look at my van until 3pm. I lost hundreds of dollars from losing an extra days worth. I feel my simple fixes were pushed off to the tech didn’t even look at my van until 3pm. I lost hundreds of dollars from losing an extra days worth. I feel my simple fixes were pushed off to the side to make more money in other jobs. They could of better informed me so I could of planned for multiple days without a vehicle and/or looked at it in a timely matter in order to have the parts ordered early on to complete the job faster.
