I live 3 hours away from this dealership. And even though there are many Ford dealerships between where I live and OKC I chose this one after some phone calls. I spoke with a salesman named Doug and he was c there are many Ford dealerships between where I live and OKC I chose this one after some phone calls. I spoke with a salesman named Doug and he was courteous, informative,and there was never any pressure. Out of all the Ford dealerships I dealt with I felt Doug went over and beyond what most car salesman usually do. Bob Moore Ford also gave me the best deal compared to the other dealerships. We did the deal over the phone and when I got there he had the car fully gassed up and ready to go along with all the paper work ready. However I saw something else and changed my mind, and even after that he was still patient, informative and friendly and got everything done in a timely matter. It was one of the easiest car deals I've ever made. No stress!!! I will defantly go back to Bob Moore Ford for my next car purchase! More
Vehicle purchased had not been detailed at time of purchase, made appointment to return. Upon return the vehicle was rinsed off and returned to me. I commented that the vehicle was receive a full deta purchase, made appointment to return. Upon return the vehicle was rinsed off and returned to me. I commented that the vehicle was receive a full detail and that I had an appointment, I was told that the detailer was very busy and I would have to come back. (ended up washing/cleaning it myself) Second issue is that the vehicle had a vibration at about 70 MPH it needed the tires balanced, I returned the following day after purchase and informed the sales manager of the problem and he replied that he would get it in service as soon as he could and that he would cut me a deal and do it at cost. I replied that it should be included in the purchase, he replied that wasnt in the "deal". (I had it done elsewhere) Third, the heated seat in on the passenger side didnt work I brought it back to the dealer about two weeks later for this issue and the sales rep told me that he would charge me for ha as well because I waited too long to bring it back. sounded like an excuse, he wouldnt balance my tires the very next day. I dont think the time span had anything to do with it. I fixed it myself cost for a new heatig element from Ford online was $33.Fourth issue is that today I received a letter from the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority informing me that i had a fine to pay for a "toll viloation" committed in the vehicle I traded in (tracked me by the license plate) that was in the possesion of the dealer. Fifth issue, I purchased the vehicle on Nov.12 and as of today Dec. 14 i have not received my title paperwork. More
