My wife and I decided very late one evening that we wanted to start looking for two new vehicles. We showed up at Bob Moore at 8:30pm expecting to only be able to get an idea of pricing. Phil and Dou wanted to start looking for two new vehicles. We showed up at Bob Moore at 8:30pm expecting to only be able to get an idea of pricing. Phil and Doug were there and made us feel welcome without rushing us. They were patient with us the entire way and stayed past 11:00pm to ensure that we were taken care of. We ended up purchasing an F-150 and an Escape that evening. They made sure that we were in the vehicles that fit us best, and they have remembered us by name each time we have visited the dealership since. They have gone above and beyond to take care of us. They even picked up Lindsey's Escape from her work to take a scratch out of the paint.
