Terrible Customer service to loyal Bob Moore Patron I had been shopping for weeks deciding between 2014/15 F150 including participating in 2015 F150 road show. I never considered another franchise because I have purchased so many new vehicles from the Bob Moore Auto group. I usually work with the GM, however in this case Jason Hutton did not return phone calls or emails and never really seemed interested even though I bought from him directly earlier in the year. I dealt with a salesperson who was assigned to me by him on the last purchase, and on several occasions was told by her she was in constant contact with Jason and was told twice by her that Jason assured I would receive a certain trade value for the 2014 I bought in May and pricing on 2015 F150. When it came down to putting it together the deal I was assured completely fell apart.....A sales manager named Rayme got involved and completely ignored all I was told. Trade $6000 less, new purchase $1000's more for a total of more than $10,000 difference. I was so disgusted since this year alone I had purchased from Bob Moore Auto group 2 Kias, 1 Ford, 1 Infiniti, and helped my niece by a Nissan and now was shopping again for a Ford......all from Bob Moore, never even considering other dealerships. I completely feel let down, by Jason Hutton and his team and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this Bob Moore dealership or shop there again, if Mark Moore would ever like to discuss I would be happy to have that conversation. A side note I recently purchased a 2015 GMC from Bob Moore GMC and received the service and pricing I have been accustomed to at The Bob Moore Auto Group. More
Dealer is slow and fails to honor contract I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport on November 8, 2014. I traded in a 2011 Explorer. This is December 3, 2014 and I have yet to receive any paperwo I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport on November 8, 2014. I traded in a 2011 Explorer. This is December 3, 2014 and I have yet to receive any paperwork to tag the new car. Bob Moore also has yet to pay off my trade in. I have emailed, called, and even returned to the dealership. They have nothing but excuses. I bought a new F150 the weekend before from Reynolds Ford in Norman and received the paperwork and tagged the truck in exactly two weeks to the day. I'm not sure what Bob Moore's problem is. All I ask is that they do what we agree upon in our contract. Nothing more, nothing less. Long story short, don't buy here. Go to any other dealer in the city, but NOT Bob Moore. More
Unbelieveable! I bought a used Ford F-250, the first Super Duty truck I've ever owned. Sales Rep. Krystal Marazzi rocks ! And Jeanne Keffer, too ! I sent these fine girls photos of my 2008 Lincoln Mark LT 4WD pickup to trade in on a 2011 Ford Platinum 4WD truck. They were easy to work with, quick with answers, very friendly, and they were super fair on my trade in. I flew to Oklahoma City the next day, Krystal Marazzi picked me up at Will Roger Airport, took me to the dealership to see the Platinum. We worked a trade deal in about 20 minutes, and she then drove me back to the airport as I had to fly top Montana. Wen I came back the next week they agreed to meet me halfway between Tulsa & Oklahoma City on the turnpike, we made the swap, and I am a happy customer! Great job to all the folks there at Bob Moore, especially Krystal Marazzi! And kudos to Jeremy in Finance Dept for getting me 1.9% interest rate on my financing that very day! ~ Dan Howard More

The sales person was Zack, very nice POLITE young man eager to help an not any pressure at all just a big smile.. John the sales manager worked very hard to get me the best deal he could an the most for my trade..Grate guy.. Finance was quick an easy...They made me feel like they were working for me an not the dealer..To sum it up JUST GOOD PEOPLE!! Great New Truck Purchase Experience I want to post a Special Thank You Message for Daniel Gillaspy, Salesman at Bob Moore Ford in Oklahoma City, OK for assisting me in my recent purchase I want to post a Special Thank You Message for Daniel Gillaspy, Salesman at Bob Moore Ford in Oklahoma City, OK for assisting me in my recent purchase of my New White 2014 Ford F-150 Crewcab 4x4 Lariat with the 3.5 liter twin turbo ecoboost V-6 engine that I purchased last week on Tuesday afternoon of June 10th 2014. I am very happy that I ran into Daniel to assist me in my search for a new Ford F-150 after arriving to look at new trucks. His knowledge and expertise on the new Ford F-150 trucks, in particular the Lariat models, helped to answer all of my questions and gave me a great understanding of the 2014 Lariat features. I enjoyed the test drive and appreciate the time Daniel took to explain all of the features found on the new 2014 F-150 Ford Lariat trucks. Daniel is the best sales person I have ever dealt with and it made my new truck purchase at Bob Moore Ford a very pleasant and fun experience. I had traded in my Red 2007 Ford F-150 XLT 2WD Crewcab Pickup with a 5.4 liter V8 Triton Engine towards the purchase of a new F-150 4x4 Lariat. My new 4x4 Lariat with all of the great options like back up camera, navigation, ecoboost power, ect are very nice and this F-150 is a joy to drive and I just love this truck with all of the features it has.I drove my new truck up to Tulsa OK this past week end showing it/giving rides to many friends and family members. All were impressed with this particular truck. One of my friends drives a 2012 Toyota Tundra 4 door pickup. After he rode around in my new F-150 Lariat he was so impressed to the point he said he may just buy a ford truck for his next truck since he liked mine better than his. I will be watching for that review letter Daniel told me I would be receiving in the mail so that I can rate my Buying experience at Bob Moore Ford and rate Daniel Gillaspy’s assistance in the sale. I will be giving him the highest rating possible in all categories. So for a 1-10 star rating, for example, I will give salesman Daniel and Bob Moore Ford the highest 10 star rating, or A++++++++. I will be recommending, to anyone I know that is buying a ford vehicle like friends, family, co-workers ect, that they first contact Daniel, salesman at Bob Moore Ford to see what selection of vehicles are available at Bob Moore Ford for the vehicles types they may be interested in. if I have any questions anytime about my new F-150 4x4 Lariat, I will contact Daniel who is always quick to respond with answers to my questions, or he will direct me to someone else at Bob Moore who would have the answers.
