Courteous, helpful, easy, and pleasant Shelby greeted us as soon as we arrived, quickly established what we were interested in and sprang into action. She was very attentive to our needs at all times. We explained that we needed to be back in Ada by a certain time and she did her best to make it happen. Shelby was amazing, she listened to our requests all the time smiling, we felt like we found a long lost friend. Next, was finance, where we met Ian, the man with the numbers; magic numbers. We left feeling like we had been treated with kindness and fairness at a professional, as well as, personal level. Aside from leaving with a car payment; (lol) a really good car buying experience. We will recommend Bob Moore to our friends. My husband is retired military and everyone took the time to thank him for his service, which is something that isn't mentioned often enough. Our men and women in the military need to know their sacrifices are appreciated. Thanks & God Bless to all. Love my Expedition. More

Extremely courteous and helpful staff I just had the most amazing car buying experience at Bob Moore Ford. Shannon was the most kind and attentive salesman I've ever worked with. He listen I just had the most amazing car buying experience at Bob Moore Ford. Shannon was the most kind and attentive salesman I've ever worked with. He listened to our needs and matched us with the perfect car for us. I cannot say enough about how great Shannon was in making our experience smooth from beginning to end. If all salesmen were like Shannon, they would have a better reputation because he is AMAZING! Next we met with Ian in finance who worked some kind of finance magic and he ensured that we walked out of there with the best finance agreement, interest rates, and warranty. Ian was determined to find the right finance options to fit our needs. He was kind and professional and I could not be more pleased with Bob Moore Ford finance department and the passion Ian has for helping meet his customers needs. Last, Steve is the real MVP. Evertime I looked up, Steve was helping a customer or a coworker. Aside from being a team player, Steve was also kind and professional! Steve is definitely a HUGE asset to Bob Moore Ford. I typically do not write reviews, however I believe these boys deserve recognition for giving me and my husband the best possible car buying experience! I am so proud to say that with the help of Bob Moore Ford, I purchased my very 1st new car, a 2019 Ford Edge and I love it!!!
