Courteous, helpful, easy, and pleasant Shelby greeted us as soon as we arrived, quickly established what we were interested in and sprang into action. She made sure we were comfortable at Shelby greeted us as soon as we arrived, quickly established what we were interested in and sprang into action. She made sure we were comfortable at all times. She was very attentive to our needs at all times. We explained that we needed to be back in Ada by a certain time and she did her best to make it happen. Shelby was amazing, she listened to our requests all the time smiling, we felt like we found a long lost friend. Next, was finance, where we met Ian, the man with the numbers; magic numbers. We left feeling like we had been treated with kindness and fairness at a professional, as well as, personal level. Aside from leaving with a car payment; (lol) a really good car buying experience. We will recommend Bob Moore to our friends. My husband is retired military and everyone took the time to thank him for his service, which is something that isn't mentioned often enough.
