Diagnosed Problem and Quick Completion! Went to have A/C problem diagnosed on Saturday and problem was diagnosed but didn't have part and they offered loaner vehicle to use until part could Went to have A/C problem diagnosed on Saturday and problem was diagnosed but didn't have part and they offered loaner vehicle to use until part could arrive on Monday and be installed. Shelby was our salesperson and she was friendly and warm and knowledgeable. She brought test drive vehicles to the door of the showroom so we didn’t even have to walk out to them.
