Replaced new fuel pump that Cummins Ford put in, in November Service was done in timely matter they said it would be. All service people I spoke to were attentive and friendly. I was not sure I would go back to Service was done in timely matter they said it would be. All service people I spoke to were attentive and friendly. I was not sure I would go back to a Ford dealership after problems with Cummins Ford in Weatherford. Marko and the Bob Moore service in OKC were much better. I would definitely return. More

Waiting on repair of new Edge Have been waiting for over 4 weeks for repair on our brand new Edge that has faulty computer system. We have only driven it two days since purchased, they are unable or unwilling to do whatever it takes to get computer to fix. Seems to be lack of initiative to apply heavy pressure on whoever to acquire part, also failure to return calls in timely manner More
