Towed F-150 I had my 2013 Ford F-150 Platinum towed into the dealership on Monday morning. Had to call them Wednesday afternoon to check on my vehicle because nob I had my 2013 Ford F-150 Platinum towed into the dealership on Monday morning. Had to call them Wednesday afternoon to check on my vehicle because nobody ever called me. After they checked out my vehicle I approved the repairs and it was finished the following Monday. I would if given them 5 stars if I didn’t have to call and remind them on Wednesday my vehicle was there. More

Waiting on repair of new Edge Have been waiting for over 4 weeks for repair on our brand new Edge that has faulty computer system. We have only driven it two days since purchased, they are unable or unwilling to do whatever it takes to get computer to fix. Replaced new fuel pump that Cummins Ford put in, in November Service was done in timely matter they said it would be. All service people I spoke to were attentive and friendly. I was not sure I would go back to Service was done in timely matter they said it would be. All service people I spoke to were attentive and friendly. I was not sure I would go back to a Ford dealership after problems with Cummins Ford in Weatherford. Marko and the Bob Moore service in OKC were much better. I would definitely return. More
