Waiting on repair of new Edge Have been waiting for over 4 weeks for repair on our brand new Edge that has faulty computer system. First payment due in a few days, tag due in a few days yet it still sits on lot at Bob Moore Ford. We have only driven it two days since purchased, they are unable or unwilling to do whatever it takes to get computer to fix. Seems to be lack of initiative to apply heavy pressure on whoever to acquire part, also failure to return calls in timely manner More

Honest, friendly, and dependable. Went in for a warranty and recall item. Received prompt and friendly service. They had a shuttle type service in a very comfortable and clean vehicle.
