Close Minded I brought my truck in for repairs and the service team is so close minded that they saw one thing wrong that had nothing to do with the problem but wo I brought my truck in for repairs and the service team is so close minded that they saw one thing wrong that had nothing to do with the problem but would not look any deeper into the symptoms. They gave me until the 1st of May to pick up the truck but had it towed away as an abandoned vehicle on the 30th of April. I will NEVER reccomend this establishment to anyone! More

Towed F-150 I had my 2013 Ford F-150 Platinum towed into the dealership on Monday morning. Had to call them Wednesday afternoon to check on my vehicle because nob I had my 2013 Ford F-150 Platinum towed into the dealership on Monday morning. Had to call them Wednesday afternoon to check on my vehicle because nobody ever called me. After they checked out my vehicle I approved the repairs and it was finished the following Monday. I would if given them 5 stars if I didn’t have to call and remind them on Wednesday my vehicle was there. More
