Recommendations (and the cost) are thoroughly explained before hand so you know & give approval before any work is completed. The technicians do an excellent job in a timely manner. I only bring my vehicle to Bob Moore and it is nice to get to know the service staff and see familiar faces each time I bring my vehicle in. They know me by name & always greet me with a smile. I am kept informed of the progress during my stay & a follow up text & thank you card are always sent to me. Free WiFi is available & they offer to drive you to work, home, etc. Great place! 😊 More
