I love this location. I feel as though this location take care of me and every way possible. They call and actually let you know what’s going on with your vehicle, they’re I feel as though this location take care of me and every way possible. Airbag replacement. The actual replacement was great. I called in October after receiving my letter and was told i would be called when the part arrived. I called in late January and was completely blown off. I was told that “ they would call me when the part came in” and that the company sent letters but often didn’t send the dealership the parts. He didn’t ask my name, so I am not sure how he could check. I went to the dealership o. 15 May and spike with Chad. He gets 5 stars because he set an appt for the next day and the airbag was replaced. Dealership gets 3 stars. More
