My wife and I where referred to Bob Moore ford. We set up an appointment to test drive a 2020 expedition. He was very patient and informative on the vehicle. He was able to answer a lot of our question. Chuck was very professional and tentative. Ricky Fietz stop by and introduce him self and was able to help us out in the dealing of our trade in and our finance part. Ricky made sure we got the best deal they could possible get us. Ricky and the General manager pulled some strings that NO other dealer would. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. We did not feel that we where taken advantage we felt that we where working with honest people with integrity and respect. Chuck made the delivery of the car fun and easy he help my wife with setting up her sync3 and lord pass. Bob Moore has WON our business.
