First time Ford buyer Visited the dealer coming from a long Toyota ownership (5 total), this was my first time ever in a Ford dealer, and I truly felt the team was helping Visited the dealer coming from a long Toyota ownership (5 total), this was my first time ever in a Ford dealer, and I truly felt the team was helping me understand the F-150 trim levels, options, and their trucks. Overall the driving experience, the support provided by the two salesman who went above and beyond which they made sure to answer multiple questions I had, and the overall no pressure sense was the reason they got my business. The overall dealer experience has been positive, in fact I took ownership of the truck and noticed it had a small rock ring on the front bumper, and the dealer didn’t hesitate to touch it up to protect my truck, this was after 6 days of ownership. Dealer/ Service Scam 1. The dealer misrepresented the vehicle. I was told the 2015 f150 had the navigation system, I just had to sign up for the sync system but after pur 1. The dealer misrepresented the vehicle. I was told the 2015 f150 had the navigation system, I just had to sign up for the sync system but after purchasing the vehicle, I found out the service was no longer available. I returned to the dealer and they admitted the mistake. Offered to install the nav system at no charge. Said it could take about 3 hours to load. 2. Since there was a missing trim piece they had to order, I waited until that part came in to schedule appt. 3. Arrived for my scheduled appt and after 2 hours was told they hadn't even started working on the car. 2 hours later, told they ordered the wrong trim piece and having trouble loading the nav software. Now ordering new part and having it shipped overnight. 2 hours later, still having trouble loading software. Asked to leave the vehicle overnight. Next morning received a call saying still having problems loading software and they received the wrong trim part again. 1 hour later, received call informing me vehicle is not equipped for nav system. Told it did not have the antenna , did not have the proper wiring and nothing they could do. I informed the service manager that it was sold to me with nav and I no longer wanted the vehicle, he told me to contact the sales department. 30 min later, used car sales manager called to inform me that it would be a simple process to reprogram the vehicle and it should be ready in less than an hour. I asked about not having wiring or antenna and he said it did. I asked how the sales manager knew this and the service department didn't. He had no answer. 45 min later sales called, my vehicle was ready with complete nav system. THIS WAS A SCAM TO RIP ME OFF. Also, though I can't prove it, they either loaned my truck out for the night or an employee took it home. 1. Having a new vehicle I was meticulously watching both the gas remaining and the avg mpg. When purchased, I reset the average mpg and had only driven 300 miles 2. Dropping off the vehicle, they were 250 miles remaining and 15.7 mpg. When I picked up the vehicle, there was less than 150 remaining and average mpg had dropped to 15.0. The person handling my vehicle was Dave (Big) Ray. I can't believe he had the nerve to outright lie to me about the vehicle then smoke and shake my hand after being called out for it. I believe he is employed by the sales dept and not service and this is one of his normal duties. I will never go back. More
Good people, good service, and a personal touch. I research everything before I spend my money. I started at my local Ford dealership to actually sit in the vehicles in which I had an interest and t I research everything before I spend my money. I started at my local Ford dealership to actually sit in the vehicles in which I had an interest and to "kick the tires" so to speak. I test drove many cars at local dealerships until I had decided what felt "right", for my wife and I it was a F-150. Then I went to the car review websites and the vehicle forums and researched every option available, what it did, what package it belonged to, and how people liked each feature. We confirmed which vehicle we wanted, which packages we thought we wanted, the model year(s) we would accept, and the color schemes available for those years. For us, it was a 2018 or 2019 Ford F-150 King Ranch with the Technology package, the 3.0L diesel engine, and the 360 surround camera package. After a few days on Autotrader.com, cargurus.com, and a few other sites, I came across a great buy at Bob Moore Ford in Oklahoma City, OK on a new 2018. They had what we wanted in a Magma Red and Stone Grey color package. The internet price was one of the best I had found during my searching. I called and spoke with a very eager sales lady that was helpful and polite without going overboard. She confirmed the features on the truck, the availability of the truck, and confirmed the internet price. We wanted a bed liner sprayed in so we were transferred to her manager. The sales manager we spoke with was top-notch. He started by giving me his cell-phone number and assuring me that I could call him directly anytime with any questions. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the spray-in liner and a price out the door that did not have any surprises at all. The price included the internet advertised price, a doc fee and the cost of the liner. That was it. I negotiate EVERYTHING but this guy did not move, and I had to respect that. The price of the truck was better than anything else I had found so I accepted with the caveat that he threw in two free Ford ball caps with the deal (I had to get something, its a man-thing). The rest of the deal was smooth and enjoyable. They got the truck in the next morning to have the bed-liner sprayed in and I drove 6.5 hours each way to Oklahoma City to take delivery. We were there for about an hour and on our way. The truck was just as expected, cleaned and serviced with a full tank of diesel and a full DEF tank, and we love it. We received several follow up texts from the sales manager making sure we were happy and then a week later we received a box in the mail with two coffee cups and some homemade cookies. Still waiting on my hats but I have no doubt I will get them as soon as our sales manager gets them in. Bob Moore Ford took care of us and respected us as truck buyers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. More

Josh was outstanding! I brought my wife’s Explorer in for a popping noise from the front end. Josh found my extended warranty and got the repair covered under that warranty. I had also scheduled to have my truck in for an oil change that was past due. There was an online booking issue and he helped to reschedule around my busy schedule to my satisfaction as well. Thanks Josh! More
Quick Service Brought in 2013 Ford E350 passenger to have Low Tire Pressure Warning indicator checked. Chad took care of it sending it back to the tire tech.
