Oil change 6 1/2 hour oil change. I set an appointment 3 days in advance. Dropped my car off at 9 didn’t pick it up until 4 and that’s fibing then an extra 30 mi 6 1/2 hour oil change. Dropped my car off at 9 didn’t pick it up until 4 and that’s fibing then an extra 30 minutes cause it was “early” called a few times and they said an hour next call an hour and a half then an hour. When I wen to pick my car up he said “ oh i was JUST about to call you”. I asked why it took so long and he said “ we take people’s car who is “physically here first” THEN WHY THE xxxx DO YOU HAVE A CHOISE TO CHOOSE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT???!!!!” Crazy as xxxx. Y’all need to fix something! Thanks More

Excellent service I’d been having issues with my Escape, and learned that I had a warranty to cover any mechanical issues. I called Bob Moore Ford on a Friday, was put I’d been having issues with my Escape, and learned that I had a warranty to cover any mechanical issues. I called Bob Moore Ford on a Friday, was put in touch with Dusty, and dropped my car off on the following Monday. Within a few days we had a plan of action, on what to do and how much it was going to cost. Luckily, since I had the extended warranty, I only had a small deductible to pay. Throughout the whole service process, Dusty kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on with my car and the warranty company. During the time that my car was being worked on, they put me in a loaner car to make sure that I wasn’t inconvenienced for work. Once the parts were received, the work was done, I was able to pick up my car at my earliest convenience. After picking up my car, there was another issue, and I was able to bring it back for extra work. We finally got everything fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! More

Dependable Customercentric Service at Bob Moore Ford Scheduling service was easy. The service advisor promptly & courteously greeted me when I pulled up. We went over & confirmed what was being done. The Scheduling service was easy. The service advisor promptly & courteously greeted me when I pulled up. We went over & confirmed what was being done. The shuttle driver is a friendly, respecful fellow & he left the dealership on time. The service performed was exactly as we discussed & was complete in a few hours after dropping off the vehicle.
