Good work service Dept. Was traveling from out of state. The service dept got me back on the road. Well Done, Service Dept. The failure was in the linkage between the Was traveling from out of state. The service dept got me back on the road. Well Done, Service Dept. The failure was in the linkage between the shift lever and the transmission. 2015 Transit Connect. That is the sort of failure that should not have occurred. Dissatisfied with the Ford Van. Cost over $300.00 to get the linkage put back together. My Ford “extended warranty”. I purchase with the car did not cover the repair. No more Fords and no more dealer sold extended warranty’s. Dave Bash More
