Brought in for warranty Truck had check engine light, and a broken tab off a outlet tube. Brought it in, took all day to find out the warranty wouldn’t cover the part but they did find something else wrong. Said they would order the part and be ready in 2 days. Since 4th it July was in middle. Come Friday I didn’t hear anything all day, so I call at 3pm. Was told they ordered wrong part and wouldn’t be ready till Monday. So I picked up the truck and brought it back Monday morning. They got in the correct part and and fixed it, didn’t clear the check engine light though. Dusty was super helpful and answered all my questions. Got a ride to and from work on Monday so that was great. Overall wasn’t a bad experience but wasn’t great. Shouldn’t been a 1 day fix turned into a 6 day job. When I called after I got my truck back and asked about the part they couldn’t fix, asked for the part number so I could order and fix myself. was given a part number that when I searched was a completely wrong part, so I had to research and get the correct part myself. Proficient and informed Bob Moore’s Ford Service department is one of the most efficient service departments I’ve visited. They have a very quick check in process so they can Bob Moore’s Ford Service department is one of the most efficient service departments I’ve visited. They have a very quick check in process so they can get right to work on your vehicle. I usually drop mine off and come back at a later time. All the while my service advisor keeps me in the loop on what’s happening and the progress of the work being performed. I am always informed as to when my vehicle is completed and when it can be picked up. It’s for these reasons that I will continue to Bob Moore for all my service needs. More

Had a problem with my 2013 ford 150 I had purchased in Texas, went to the dealership and met Jeff. He was awesome. Broke my heart when he left for a while but was thrilled when he came back.
