I called Ralph from MWC and said 'this is what I want, and this is what I can spend. Can you work with me?' He said yes. I got there, spoke to Ralph, he matched me with David H., and I drove the van I had looked at online. These gentlemen were very helpful, and were able to work with me. I do wish I had driven a couple more models, and really inspected this vehicle more. It's a great van, no issues, but I didn't realize that the Grand Caravan SE was so far on the strip-down to the basics list that I wouldn't even have automatic running headlights! Boy was that a shocker when nightfall came. :( But, I told Ralph which van I wanted and what I could spend, so I can only blame myself for not knowing more. The only thing that I have had a problem with is that the van is out of alignment, and the Service department is very busy. :) Overall, I am very happy that I purchased my vehicle from Bob Moore. I drove 275 miles to find the deal made over the phone was exactly what I was given with no further discussions or problems. The amount of time spent at the dealership was the shortest time I have ever had to handle. It was an awesome buying experience. I asked for, paid for and was promised an option for the vehicle I purchased and was not given the option but still have to pay for it. I was going by the Dodge website and thought I was buying all the above. The sales rep and manager are telling me the 730N media center DOES NOT include the steering wheel mounted controls and auto-dimming rear view mirror with microphone. They claim these items are included in the additional sound group option which I did not purchase. According to Dodge.com, this is not the case. More
