I CONTACTED BOB MOORE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM ABOUT A VECHICLE LISTED ON AUTOTRADER.COM. I SPOKE TO CURTIS KELLER, NEGOTIATED AND PURCHASED THE VECHICLE ON THE FIRST CALL AND EVEN GAVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD VECHICLE LISTED ON AUTOTRADER.COM. I SPOKE TO CURTIS KELLER, NEGOTIATED AND PURCHASED THE VECHICLE ON THE FIRST CALL AND EVEN GAVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE FOR THE $1000.00 DOWN PAYMENT. AFTER THAT I SPOKE TO HIM SEVERAL MORE TIMES ABOUT ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICKING UP THE VECHICLE AND ABOUT PAYING THE REMAINING BALANCE. SIX DAYS AFTER THE FIRST PHONE CALL, I SPOKE TO CURTIS ABOUT FINAL ARRANGEMENTS ON TAKING DELIVERY ONLY TO BE BLINDSIDED BY AN EMAIL!!! THAT THE CAR HAD BEEN SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT FOLLOWING DAY. WHEN I CALLED CURTIS ALL HE COULD SAY IS THAT HE WAS REALLY REALLY REALLY SORRY, BUT IT WAS OUT OF HIS CONTROL AND THAT HE WAS JUST A PEON AROUND THEIR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER (GARY MOORE) WHO WASN'T AVAILABLE AT FIRST, BUT DID CALL ME BACK. I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HAPPEN AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT AND GET BACK TO ME. WHEN HE CALLED ME BACK HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD AN APOLOGIZED AGAIN. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT KNOW ONE HAD CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD SO THAT IS WHY IT GOT SOLD. HE ALSO SAID THE OTHER BUYER STILL HAD TO BRING THEM A BANK DRAFT BEFORE THE SALE IS FINAL BUT HE WOULD GIVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE AT THE VECHICLE IF THAT DIDN'T WORK OUT. I'M SORRY I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE VECHICLE WAS MINE! SO WHY NOT CONTACT THE SECOND BUYER AN TELL HIM THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD. OVER THAT WEEK I HAD I LISTED AND SOLD MY VECHICLE AND GIVEN A DEPOSIT TO MY AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANY FOR PICKING UP THIS VECHICLE. WHEN GARY CALLED BACK HE NEVER ONCE ASKED WHAT HE COULD DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. More

We drove from Dallas to buy an 08 Honda odyssey for a great price. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. Jason was very friendly and informative. I felt like he really listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to push anything on me just to make a sale. Everything with our experience was done in such a friendly and honest way. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore to more people. It was so refreshing to work with a dealership with that type of honesty and respect to the customer. Car salesmen have a bad wrap but Jason Jones and Bob Moore do not fit that profile at all. I first inquired about my Jeep Compass via the internet. I was immediately contacted by Tia Rivers, an internet sales representative. She was very helpful and a delight to work with. When I arrived at the dealership a couple of days later, I was greeted by Cecil Smith. He had Tia come meet me, then we went for a test drive. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle. I appreciated the "no pressure" "no nonsense" approach by everyone involed. I'd previously been to other dealerships and they could not touch the professionalism I was shown at Bob Moore. J.R., who assisted me with the financing aspect of the transaction was so helpful, and broke everything down for me, was thorough, answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the terms, etc. before I left. It was a pleasure doing business with Bob Moore and will no doubt, when the time comes, be a returning customer. More
