I had a great experience purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2 door. Love the vehicle, Doug was extremely helpful, very friendly and professional. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did not try to pull any tricks at the bottom line like many dealerships do. They were all professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to buy another car from the same group of people or recommend friends and family members to the do the same. Overall good experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I marked a four on customer service because of the wait time. We sat and sat and sat. First time in we left because we had been sitting for so long. We had to wait around a long time the second time too. Since we did purchase the vehicle my husband was able to leave in the old car and not sit around any more. Didn't get the price I wanted either (hence the score of four) but wasn't too far off. Still feel the dealer got the better price. Would have scored a five if I got the price I was asking. But all that aside, I love my new car. I would purchase from them again as well. More

I went to this dealership wanting to buy a truck... The customer service department would not budge on the price, they added misc fees to the purchase price... REALLY? The sales manager(s) were EXTREMELY rude when I would not accept their offer of $100 under the purchase price.. That is an insult (in my opinion).. Also, I was buying the car closer to their closing time so they continued to try and rush the sale need I remind you that I live out of town so I needed to make a deal that day so I did not have to take off work to come back. After that the finance department hassled me numerous times while working with my bank to get the draft sent over. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I was provided... I would NOT reccommend this dealer to any of my friends/family simply because I do not feel they are truly there to provide superb customer service. More
My experiance with this dealer was awsome. If i could change anything i would have had them pay my tag title and tax. This is my first ever new vehicle to buy so wasnt quite aware of the price of all tha change anything i would have had them pay my tag title and tax. I CONTACTED BOB MOORE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM ABOUT A VECHICLE LISTED ON AUTOTRADER.COM. I SPOKE TO CURTIS KELLER, NEGOTIATED AND PURCHASED THE VECHICLE ON THE FIRST CALL AND EVEN GAVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD VECHICLE LISTED ON AUTOTRADER.COM. I SPOKE TO CURTIS KELLER, NEGOTIATED AND PURCHASED THE VECHICLE ON THE FIRST CALL AND EVEN GAVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE FOR THE $1000.00 DOWN PAYMENT. AFTER THAT I SPOKE TO HIM SEVERAL MORE TIMES ABOUT ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICKING UP THE VECHICLE AND ABOUT PAYING THE REMAINING BALANCE. SIX DAYS AFTER THE FIRST PHONE CALL, I SPOKE TO CURTIS ABOUT FINAL ARRANGEMENTS ON TAKING DELIVERY ONLY TO BE BLINDSIDED BY AN EMAIL!!! THAT THE CAR HAD BEEN SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT FOLLOWING DAY. WHEN I CALLED CURTIS ALL HE COULD SAY IS THAT HE WAS REALLY REALLY REALLY SORRY, BUT IT WAS OUT OF HIS CONTROL AND THAT HE WAS JUST A PEON AROUND THEIR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER (GARY MOORE) WHO WASN'T AVAILABLE AT FIRST, BUT DID CALL ME BACK. I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HAPPEN AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT AND GET BACK TO ME. WHEN HE CALLED ME BACK HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD AN APOLOGIZED AGAIN. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT KNOW ONE HAD CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD SO THAT IS WHY IT GOT SOLD. HE ALSO SAID THE OTHER BUYER STILL HAD TO BRING THEM A BANK DRAFT BEFORE THE SALE IS FINAL BUT HE WOULD GIVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE AT THE VECHICLE IF THAT DIDN'T WORK OUT. I'M SORRY I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE VECHICLE WAS MINE! SO WHY NOT CONTACT THE SECOND BUYER AN TELL HIM THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD. OVER THAT WEEK I HAD I LISTED AND SOLD MY VECHICLE AND GIVEN A DEPOSIT TO MY AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANY FOR PICKING UP THIS VECHICLE. WHEN GARY CALLED BACK HE NEVER ONCE ASKED WHAT HE COULD DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. More
