Worst service department of any dealership I've ever been to, if I could give negative stars I would. they had my truck for four days and never did one thing to it. All four days they left my $80K TRX sittin to, if I could give negative stars I would. they had my truck for four days and never did one thing to it. All four days they left my $80K TRX sitting in the dark back corner of the lot for any thief to have their way. Kurt told me several times he would call with an update and not once did he do what he said he would do. I had to call and wait on hold for them to even find the paperwork to tell me that they had done nothing. He claimed they couldn't figure out what was wrong but I told them when I dropped it off EXACTLY what was wrong and what I wanted done. These people are WORTHLESS wastes of space and oxygen!!! More

Service was quicker than quoted, staff was kind and professional. I asked about an ad I'd seen for 3 oil changes (which cut my cost by almost half) and requested a tire rotation. The gentleman suggested that I purchase the 3 oil changes with tire rotation for $170 total - quite a good deal! More
