I had two cars to trade. I originally looked at 2 used vehicles to purchase. However, after speaking with Brandon there was a new 2012 Town & Country which actually had more upgrades than I wanted. I told him that it was just too expensive with the upgrades. Between Brandon,the sales manager and me we got the price down to frankly what I would define as an 'incredible' price. With this deal under control we looked at a used Smart Car for my son. It is a great automobile for him. Going from 16 mpg to 41 mpg for a young man just finishing college and starting in the labor force sold it for us. Now my son is 6ft 3in and believe it or not he fits in this little car. The finance deal we worked out was fantastic also. A great rate, with the payments ending up $70 less than I was paying for the trade ins. The only problem was that I wanted the SmartCar to be looked at by the service department. I was told to be at the service department early. I got there about 7:15 the next business day only to be told that the dealership did not have the equipment to service the car. But they were unable to tell me where I could take it. Very frustrating to get up @ 6:30 on my day off. I waited until Brandon, my sales rep, to get into work. Within 5 minutes he had the name of a dealership who could look at it. All in all though it was a good experience. Professional, friendly with a down to business without being pushy attitude. More
Two different unknown window issues that had to be fixed when got home by another dealer. Never said thank you, nice meeting you, shook my hand, or anything when came back to dealer to buy car. I came back to this dealership because of the friendly I came back to this dealership because of the friendly atmosphere, Everyone I meet was very courteous, never a negative attitude. This is the second car that I have bought from them. Both times I have felt like family. Even when I could not make a deal on the first visit I was treated fairly, unlike when I went to Norman Jeep and Chrylser on the mile of cars and could not come to terms on the deal with Matthew Azcueta internet sale manager, he literary said "F.U." to me as I was leaving. Yes I would highly recommend Bob Moore to everyone. More

After my car was stolen, I spent the weekend looking for cars online. When I was able to go look on Monday, everything had been sold or sent to auction. Robert at Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep was a pleasure to work with -- laid back, easy going, and patient as we worked with my credit union to close the deal. Another customer bought the car we were interested in while we were test-driving it,but they went the second mile to make up for it. I went in to see the 2011 200 Chrysler Convertible I had seen on the internet. But first, I had filled out a form to receive a $500 Internet coupon and right away I got a call from Curtis. After speaking with him, I decided to go see the car. When I arrived, the car was sitting at the front door with my name on a welcome sign on the dashboard. Curtis came out and meet me and then I took a test drive with Robert. That was on a Monday and the rest of the week I thought about the car and test drove others. I had many follow up calls and emails from Curtis and even the GM. I went back in on Saturday, test drove the car again and bought it. We paid for the car up front so I don't really have any feedback on the finance process. More
