I called your Service Department right away, even before my insurance company, and spoke to David to see what you could do. Thankfully, I was right around the corner from you so I had someone stop and help me get to your Service Department where David had the tire changed with one you had that someone just exchanged for newer and bigger tires. Out of it all, I was thankful once again that I purchased my car from a dealership I can count on for exceptional service over and over again – and you have great coffee too! Please make sure everyone in your Service Department knows how much their work and their true concern for the customer really does matter. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from this dealership on December 28th. Over the past month, I've visited roughly half a dozen Jeep dealerships all across the state in order to get the be this dealership on December 28th. Over the past month, I've visited roughly half a dozen Jeep dealerships all across the state in order to get the best deal/service possible. I wouldn't say I visited every dealership, but a good chunk. In any case, Bob Moore was BY FAR the best experience. Everyone was very friendly, the atmosphere was laid back, and my salesman Cecil Smith could not have been of better assistance. His low pressure, haggle free, seemingly sincere attitude was truly a pleasure to do business with. He and one of the managers, believe his name was John, made my family and I feel as comfortable as possible and were very helpful with any questions that we had. I know that there's always good and bad everywhere, but take it from someone who did A LOT of research and A LOT of visiting to competing dealerships. Save your blood pressure, stress levels and most importantly money. Go to Bob Moore and see ole Cecil. Not only has this dealership earned a customer for life as long as I'm able, but I'll be sending anyone in the market to go buy from this lot. Thanks again...you made my experience a great one. More
I live in the DFW area and found a deal on AutoTrader for a new Dodge Laramie Truck at Bob Moore Chrysler, after conferring with the Director of Internet sales and another internet salesman on the price of t a new Dodge Laramie Truck at Bob Moore Chrysler, after conferring with the Director of Internet sales and another internet salesman on the price of the truck, I decided to make the 3.5 hour drive to purchase the truck. After talking to a floor salesman the price jumped $6000, after numerous attempts to explain the false advertisement they lowered the price to try and make amends. I eventually bought the truck, but it still was about 3k higher than what was advertised. I will never again do business with a company that will false advertise, I still have all emails from the Internet Director and the salesman for verification. This is not a quality business. More
I called twice to make sure the vehicle I wanted to see was available because we had an hour drive to get there. Both times the internet manager (MARK STANLEY) told me it was available. My husband and I arrived and were told that the vehicle had been sold. To whom, you might ask, to THEMSELVES!!!! WTH! They actually had the xxxxx to tell us that they had sold it to their company! Then they said they could order us one just like it for $4000 more than the one we went to see! Bait & Switch? I think so! 2 hours of drive time + gas money wasted!!! Be very cautious when dealing with Bob Moore. :( More
During July & August 2013, I was looking for a 2013 Ram Limited. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Robert Waggoner. After inputting my name, etc into the computer, he told me that 2 Ram Limited. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Robert Waggoner. After inputting my name, etc into the computer, he told me that 2013 Limiteds were unavailable. I left the dealership, knowing he was wrong. I eventually found the truck I was wanting online & advised the dealership. To shorten the story, I made appointment with the dealership to discuss buying the truck. Mr Waggoner said he would be there, however, he was not. As I was walking out of the showroom, with the intention of NOT returning, I was greeted by Mason Baker. He was professional and courteous. I stayed and discussed the truck with Mason. I told Mason that he is the reason I will buy the Limited from Bob Moore and that he should get the sales commission instead of Robert Waggoner. In summary, Bob Moore seems to be a good dealership, but I cannot give a high rating because of Robert Waggoner, Mr Waggoner doesn't seem to be willing to "work" to make a sale. More

Our salesman, Robert, assisted my husband in purchasing a Jeep prior to this purchase, and he was extremely helpful and just stream lined everything. The finance officer, I fail to recall his name right now, was the icing on the cake, very knowledgable on the extra coverage options, and appeared to be happy in his work and genuinely desiring to nurture the relationship w/ us. We are very pleased we returned to Bob Moore for our auto purchase. More

The Internet sales person I spoke with informed me that they had a car I had searched for for weeks was on their lot. At this time I Informed the Internet sales woman that I lived over 3 and a half hour they had a car I had searched for for weeks was on their lot. At this time I Informed the Internet sales woman that I lived over 3 and a half hours away from them and at this time asked her to make sure it was on the lot and that it was the correct price. She confirmed that it was both. About 15 minutes later I got in contact with the same Internet sales woman to ask if this car had a 3rd row seat she also confirmed this. At this time I informed her that I would be on my way shortly to come buy the car. At this time the woman asks if she could take payment over the phone. I informed her I would be there in about 3 hours and 30 minutes and they would have their money in hand. She then informed me of the sales manager and that I would need to speak with him when I got here. I made the trip to Oklahoma City. When I talk with a sales person the sales manager was not available but this sales person would show me the car and so on. At this time he leaves and comes back to inform me that they do not have this car anymore. At this time I was very upset the sale person told me he would do what he could. He even informed me that the car I was looking at did not have 3rd seating which was a must!!!i would have to say after this bad start my sales man was great and I truly believe they did what they could to get a deal made. So far I am happy with my car that they sold me! Financing manager that I delt with was also spectacular! My advice would be to by pass the Internet sales team at all cost! But as for the rest of the departments they were great! More
