Even though Bob Moore CDJR was on the far side of the city for us, and had a relatively low dealer rating, I am so glad to have made the trip. The total time to close the deal on a Durango, including the drive to and from the store, was much less than I had already spent in other, nearby places haggling with salesmen (many times less informed about their own cars than I was) and going through the normal "shtick" and not even closing the deal. David, my salesman, sought to understand our family needs, and was well informed about the car I wanted without trying to push me into a more expensive model. Kevin, in the finance office, made the expected pitch for the extended warranty, but was not high pressure. If it were only this way everywhere, I'd visit dealerships more often. More

Don't even think of buying a used non-certified car , they are rude crazy mfs. I bought a Honda Pilot from them. Shortly after picking out our car and number crunching/bargaining (which I hate) we got passed on to the finance department. We signed out papers our papers, agreed to a deal, and were on our way. 2 weeks later we were called to come back in and renegotiate the whole deal because apparently on the day we left they in fact did not have the deal done on their part with the bank. So we had to go back in and do this process all over again! The manager there was very disrespectful to my boyfriend, and he actually made me cry because I felt so uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to us. Needless to say, they did not send us a customer review, because they knew it would not be a good one. That is why I am posting this on here! More

Thankfully, I was right around the corner from you so I had someone stop and help me get to your Service Department where David had the tire changed with one you had that someone just exchanged for newer and bigger tires. Out of it all, I was thankful once again that I purchased my car from a dealership I can count on for exceptional service over and over again – and you have great coffee too!
