Interesting business model I was in recently looking at a truck listed for sale. Even when we got to the numbers and it was clear we wouldn't be making a deal he still treated me like a valued customer. I guess as a last ditch effort to earn my business CJ came out and proceeded to be disrespectful, short, and indifferent toward me. Like he was annoyed to have to deal with a customer. He then insulted my trade, offer on their truck, and my intelligence in a fairly short time frame. It wasn't the way I expected to be treated. After leaving and doing a bit of research on the truck I was glad he blew me off. The mileage was completely misrepresented due to modifications made by the previous owner and I would have paid way more for a vehicle than what it was worth. I would do business with JT any day but CJ made it apparent he didn't want my business at his dealership. Hopefully my experience at their competitors will be better. More

Even though Bob Moore CDJR was on the far side of the city for us, and had a relatively low dealer rating, I am so glad to have made the trip. The total time to close the deal on a Durango, including the drive to and from the store, was much less than I had already spent in other, nearby places haggling with salesmen (many times less informed about their own cars than I was) and going through the normal "shtick" and not even closing the deal. David, my salesman, sought to understand our family needs, and was well informed about the car I wanted without trying to push me into a more expensive model. Kevin, in the finance office, made the expected pitch for the extended warranty, but was not high pressure. If it were only this way everywhere, I'd visit dealerships more often. More

Dealership added an extra $1,000.00 to price . Dealership added an extra $1,000.00 to price in finance department and didn't tell me. They said we'll get you out of here asap and told me to sign about 10 different places. Finance only told me what my payments would be, didn't review finance contact. Also, beware of them throwing in warranty that you don't ask for. When I confronted dealership about addIng an additional $1,000 to price, they lied about official negtitian price. Be sure to keep all documentation from the dealing process, they will LIE. More

Requested title be available and wired money per there directions. We had some paper work issues which I had caused by missing signatures but emailed back and forth taken care of quickly. When I get the truck, no 30 day tag, no title, no second key, back door does not latch caused buzzer/alarm to go off. Radio was locked down would not work. Took the truck to local dealership as soon as i received it. Bob Moore check off / review of vehicles is pretty weak or non existent. Called back in and salesmen kept working on getting title. Had truck for going on two weeks with no tags.I came to find out it was dealership truck and used by them, never had been titled before. At the end of the day solid truck but not what I would call a good/professional experience. More
Don't even think of buying a used non-certified car , they are rude crazy mfs. I bought a Honda Pilot from them. While test driving I found that the steering was vibrating a little when I apply break, I did notify the sales person, so during the deal I overlooked the issue and got deal done, next day came in with the issue which i forgot to mention, but as needed to move out of OKC, I ended up paying the money for fixing the issue. Please do not trust these rude people, All are rude sales persons, manager and General menager More

As I was carrying the other car I left the bought one at dealership when I came back to pickup and driving the car I tealozed vibrations increased significantly and the other problem which they fixed regarding the tire pressure came back proving nail in the tire, but they ended up charging meoney for rotor replacement which was causing steering vibrations More

Shortly after picking out our car and number crunching/bargaining (which I hate) we got passed on to the finance department. We signed out papers our papers, agreed to a deal, and were on our way. 2 weeks later we were called to come back in and renegotiate the whole deal because apparently on the day we left they in fact did not have the deal done on their part with the bank. So we had to go back in and do this process all over again! The manager there was very disrespectful to my boyfriend, and he actually made me cry because I felt so uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to us. Needless to say, they did not send us a customer review, because they knew it would not be a good one. That is why I am posting this on here! More
