Dishonestly is their company motto!! My daughter purchased a car from Bob Moore Buick back in November 2016. She was referred to Bob Moore by me. I was told about the referral bonus but d My daughter purchased a car from Bob Moore Buick back in November 2016. She was referred to Bob Moore by me. I was told about the referral bonus but did not receive said bonus. I moved on because she got a great car and she was happy. My co-worker was looking for a car and she was interested in a SUV at a good price in January 2017. I suggested Bob Moore. We did find a SUV that she liked. Kyle was our salesman. I asked Kyle over the phone first, "do I get a referral bonus for bringing you customers?" He said "yes" but he would double check with someone. The referral bonus is $100 he found out. My co-worker purchased the vehicle and as soon as we arrived in the finance department, Sean, their employee in finance could have not cared less that I inquired about the referral bonus. He had ZERO interest in my questions. I realize it was my co-worker that was purchasing the vehicle, but she would not have been there had it not been for me. I again asked Kyle about this bonus and he said he would check with Kevin (someone else in finance). Then Kyle returns with some ridiculous offer of a free tank of gas and that next time, which there will not be, they would give me some other type of bonus for a referral. I refused the tank of gas, not because I don't appreciate it, but it was not was I was promised from the beginning. The next morning I called to speak with the GM Jimmy Krase, and he stated that he was not pleased with the way I was treated and would take care of me. He failed to follow up on that promise. It is now April 6, 2017 and Jimmy has yet to return my calls nor acknowledge the fact that he failed to follow through. I really am shocked that a business with the reputation that Bob Moore has, would treat their customers in this manner. In the grand scheme of things it isn't the $100 bonus, but the fact that I was told by more than one person what the procedure is and then to not have one single employee stand by what they say is really disheartening. I know a lot of people and would have referred a lot of business their way but I will NEVER refer anyone to Bob Moore. Ever. More
Does not Stand behind their Used Cars If we could give this car dealer zero stars we would. Our car was totaled and we found ourselves hunting for a replacement vehicle. We went to Bob Moore on a Saturday as they had advertised a 2010 Lincoln Towncar with lower mileage. After driving it and the salesman Nickolas Stanfield telling us what a great car it was - even to the point of telling us it was from a Dr. in Texas whose family wanted him to have a new car yada yada..we negotiated the price down to blue book. We wrote a check. We took it home and on Sunday it was dead. We took the 2 month old battery to Wal-Mart and they tested it and said it was good. We charged it, and took it back to Bob Moore on Monday. They said it was the battery and replaced it. We got it home. The next day it was dead again. We called and they said bring it back in. They moved fuses around (and by the way, didn't put them back right as then we didn't have heated seats anymore) and they finally said it was the relay for the AC. We had pointed out that the compressor was kicking on and off and that the hose was hot. We had a hot day in OKC the other day and guess what, the AC doesn't work. They promised us in Dec it did but we couldn't check it. We called and after a 1/2 hour conversation they said we bought the car 'as is' and they didn't have any responsibility towards it but if we brought it in they would fix the AC at their "cost". We are very unhappy, we have been lied to by the salesman, the finance guy, the manager and the service manager. They told us they stand by the vehicles they sell, but apparently not! More

Service on Ram 1500 I don't often right reviews, but the service I received on 11 Jan 17 was so good I felt it deserved it. We said we were but since we did not want to buy top of the line he said he didn't have any of that model and just told us to look at their website and walked away. More

It have been since the first of August, multiple promises, if I get any responses to emails, voice mails, texts,, no action to date and here it is Christmas. Very poor way to conduct business. More
