I am pleased with the work performed on my 2017 ram truck. The recalls went well. I was disappointed that no one in the state of Oklahoma had a window regulator in stock since i see on several forums t truck. The recalls went well. I was disappointed that no one in the state of Oklahoma had a window regulator in stock since i see on several forums that they break all the time in cold weather. I agreed to a additional overnight shipping charge to get the parts here so i could get my vehicle repaired. I called the next day and asked if the part had arrived, to only be told it would not be here for several days. I told the advisor that we talked about overnighting the part and that i agreed to pay the shipping charges so i could have my vehicle back asap. I was put on hold so he could check on the part. He said it was out to be delivered, and as soon as they get it they would install it, and he would call me back at that time. After not hearing anything for several hours, i called back and then he said, yes the part was here and they were installing it as we speak. I could not make it there on that day to pick it up, so i went at 8am the next day(saturday). I went inside the dealership to the cashier to pay my bill and was told that she does not take payments and i was told i have to pay for my repairs on the service drive. Hmm..i thought that a cashier took payments. Very strange. So i went back to the service drive to pay and pickup my vehicle. Had to wait several minutes because there was only 1 person working the drive. Also the doors were wide open and it was 20 degrees that morning. After several minutes, the advisor was ready to take my payment, but he had to go get the cashier from inside the dealership, which i was trying to use earlier to take my CASH money and pickup my vehicle, so she could come out on the drive and take my money. (remeber it is 20 degrees and all the doors are wide open) She acted like she had no clue what was going on, but took my $1000 cash payment then gave me back $19 and some change all in one dollar bills. So one big fat wallet later stuffed with dollar bills like i was headed to the red dog, I would have thought that one of the service porters would pull my vehicle up, but i was told, well sir your vehicle is right out there in the back parking lot. I kinda looked at him thinking that was his job to pull up vehicles, but he never moved from his sitting spot on his chair. Ok, i guess i now have to walk around and find my vehicle so i can leave. Overall, i am not happy with the whole check out experience at the dealership. I am an old school guy at heart, and at one time worked for Bob Moore Cadillac, Land Rover, Buick. We never treated customers like this. I guess customer service is dead at this dealership. If you're going to have a cashier, then the cashier tells me i don't take money, then i have to get someone else to do it, but then the cashier has to come out and take my money, that is bad customer service. Porters sitting on there butt just pointing to where my vehicle is...very bad. Once again not happy with the customer service at Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep, Dodge. More
Came in for a fast Lane oil change, got in and out in a reasonable time frame! Loved the great customer service from Aaron & his team. Horrible Customer Service! Have been trying to reach sales person (Damon) via email and phone because I am interested in purchasing a vehicle they have in stock and he has never returned my calls even t sales person (Damon) via email and phone because I am interested in purchasing a vehicle they have in stock and he has never returned my calls even though said he would not once but twice already. Great deal, great price. Truck was cleaned up, gased up, and ready to go. Don’t have to spend all day at the dealership. The price was a little better than quoted on the phone, when does that happen.
