Took in for diagnosis, wanted then to look at couple things and they wanted $100 to look at each individual item ! I told Aaron to only look at why engine light was on. Answer was no, we need another $100 to look more ! Deal was $100 to diagnose, he said that was a initial diagnosis I said put my Jeep out front and I'll pick it up ! Called bank and disputed charge, got my money back from the thives ! Took to Nathens in Noble fixed the problem causing the engine light AND looked and fixed couple other issues I wanted looked at $412 out the door ! Bob Moore wanted at least $200 to tell me why the engine light was on ! This was the location on North West. Idiots ! Thives ! Poor attitude ! xxxxty Service ! Disrespectful ! Incompetent......... I regret the day we went to them to buy a jeep! It has been nothing but a nightmare! We let them Bully us on the trade in value of the jeep we traded in, then we let them Bully us into financing through t been nothing but a nightmare! After a several weeks of no loan paper work we called them and was given the blanket statement of it's coming. After a month of no loan paper work and an expired in transit tag, called again to find out that they messed it up and ALL of it needs to be resigned and that they will send us another in transit tag. It has been 2 1/2 weeks now and no loan paper work and no new in transit tag. So out brand new 2021 jeep sits in the garage! Never had such poor service before! More
