Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My car is always taken well care of and they aren't pushy at all with other concerns like past places I've used with other vehicles. taken well care of and they aren't pushy at all with other concerns like past places I've used with other vehicles. More
This dealership definitely exceeded my expectations, GM Scott Rigney, Dave Hodge, and the rest of the crew definitely went above and beyond to get me in my brand new 2021 Ram 1500 Rebel. I’ll definitely be Scott Rigney, Dave Hodge, and the rest of the crew definitely went above and beyond to get me in my brand new 2021 Ram 1500 Rebel. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy or sell. More
UPDATE to original review. Jeep still not fixed! After them asking me for another chance to make things right I reluctantly decided to give them a second try although wondering why if they couldn't fix it them asking me for another chance to make things right I reluctantly decided to give them a second try although wondering why if they couldn't fix it the first time. After having the Jeep a few days again and being sent home for the second time the issue wasn't resolved once again. I am back to square one after two attempts and will now have to take somewhere else which will be a third time. Back to square one and done! Read follow up comments to this one. (Original review) I had to give one star unfortunately and wouldn't give that at this point to Bob Moore on NW Expressway. I'm not one to normally write and submit a review and don't like to be negative. I also included a review on Facebook and which I'm already receiving replies back. I was sent a text on Friday the day I picked up my Jeep asking for a review. On Monday I was sent two texts. One asking how was my service experience and another saying it would mean the WORLD to fill out a survey sent out by email from Jeep. I didn't receive an email survey from Jeep. I replied that same day on Monday to the text saying I couldn't say I was satisfied with my service and what the reasons were. I have waited 4 days now to write and submit this review. I was allowing ample time to reply to my text back asking about my service experience. Why ask about my service experience only to not acknowledge my reply or reach back out? Was it just an automated email with no real intention of acknowledging? I took my Jeep in for two issues to Bob Moore on NW Expressway. I figured it would be better to take my Jeep in to an actual Jeep dealership to have it looked at and who should know what they are doing. I took it in last Wed. morning and was told I would have to pay $99.95 for each diagnostic for the two issues. I was fine with that if they are able to solve my issues. They also said they would do the airbag recall for no charge and said to go ahead and do that also. I was called 3 days later and told they couldn't fix the first issue and said they didn't see a problem with the second issue and it should be fine. I went to pick up my Jeep that Friday afternoon and was only then told that they didn't have a part for the airbag and I would have to bring back in again and would call me. I have to rely on a friend or co-worker for a ride to take and pick up the vehicle. I paid the $199.90 for the two diagnostics. On Monday I was still having problems with one of the issues they said they didn't see a problem with. I included this in my text replying back to the text sent first asking about my service experience of which I heard no reply as aforementioned. I do have screenshots of the texts sent. So basically I paid almost $200 for nothing being fixed at all and no word from them after asking for a review. I doubt this review will be posted although I got a text asking for one or will say there was nothing they could do or that they resolved the issues which is not the case. I should have taken somewhere else, but lesson learned too late, out $200 and thought a Jeep dealership would be more suited to deal with a Jeep issue. I was willing to pay more by going to a dealership. I hope others have better luck and am sure this review won't hurt their business, but maybe give someone pause in making that determination before going to have serviced or even buying a vehicle from this dealership. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership or have a vehicle serviced here ever again and will be sure to tell friends and co-workers my experience and negative review. I at least get to express my concerns with this dealership at the cost of nearly $200 which is a pretty steep price for my only resolve being to write a review with no issues resolved. More
Bought this car remotely from the West Coast. The sales staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and the purchase. I'm am very please with the transaction. staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and the purchase. I'm am very please with the transaction. More

Shannon Cline provided excellent service. I appreciate her honesty and detailed explanation of the results of the trouble shooting process and the associated cost. She provided continuous communication during the testing process. The final repair requirements and the cost for repairing my vehicle were accurate and there were no surprises More
sent a email to Bob Moore Dodge , about a new ram 4x4 that I was interested in, salesman sent me a email and asked if I would be interested in a different truck. I replied back no , that is the one I wan that I was interested in, salesman sent me a email and asked if I would be interested in a different truck. I replied back no , that is the one I want to look at. 2-3 weeks later I get another email from a different salesman asking me if I wanted to come look at that truck? i explained to him I understood it was not available from his salesman and forwarded email sent to me. In the meantime I had purchased a Ram from another dealer. Then a week or two later another salesman from Bob Moore sent me another email wanting me to look at the truck, I explained again I had purchased a Ram from another dealer. If Bob Moore first salesman had told me the truck was available I would have purchased it, and not had to drive 100 miles to get another one with the features I wanted. Not impressed at all with them. More
